The past two weeks have been full of milestones... Emily started crawling, and then two days later she started standing! Plus she'll play peek-a-boo with us now, instead of the other way around! She's learned to turn pages on her touchy-feely books and likes to feel all the different textures in "That's Not My Monkey" and "That's Not My Snowman." She loves brushing her teeth/gums... and loves feeding herself. (She actually just sucks on the toothbrush and spoon... but at least she gets the right end in her mouth!)
It's hard to believe she'll be nine months old on Monday! And Toby and I notice every day how quickly our little girl is growing up; she's turning into a little person instead of a baby. And she has quite the personality!
Here are a handful of random pictures from the past few weeks.
Standing. Yikes!

Rockin' her new shades.

Damn messy biscuits.

Let me out of here!

Playing with Colie at Grandma Nancy's 60th birthday party.

With Great Uncle Jamie

Buddy Belly!!

Enjoying the comforts of her new "big girl" car seat!

Super Bowl Sunday. She's been watching football since she was born... but this is the first time she touched a football... she was really excited!!

And last, but not least... the only way we can get her to go to sleep now. If we lay her down in her crib or cot, she
insists on sitting up and crying. But, if we put her in the swing...
